If you have a car and don't mind driving... this is the place to be. I go regularly. 1 week on 2. Friendly staff.. i don't know names... wish I did. I'd call out the wonderful staff for the wonderful job they do. The white woman at the front desk is amazing. The white man too. The janitor is super cool. Awesome. The short Indian man at night is cool to. Breakfast is amazing..rooms have the greatest furniture. All around nice place.

We have thoroughly enjoyed visiting Canada for shopping and dining experiences, particularly at restaurants and my husband's favorite Tim Hortons. 🍁 This year, we chose to spend Valentine's Day at this hotel. The hotel boasts a spacious parking lot with complimentary parking for checked-in guests. 🚗 The reception area is pleasant, 🌺 and the staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious, with a large bathroom and an extremely comfortable bed. We were impressed by the pillows 🛌 😴 and considered purchasing one, but unfortunately, the management office opens late in the morning, and we were unable to arrange it. The 🍳breakfast 🧇 area is vast, offering a wide range of options, including a waffle maker with delicious batter. We had two concerns: firstly, the juice 🧃 🍊 refill service could be more attentive, as the juices was already depleted by 8 am during our breakfast; secondly, we hope bedroom guest slippers 👣 will be provided, as the bare floors are cold, and using outdoor shoes is not practical due to dirt. Overall, we are grateful for the extraordinary experience. 💖

Stayed there for two nights with the family. The room was clean, staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was relaxing. Free parking available at the hotel premises. Location is close to the city but not in the city, which was convenient for us. Would have given a 5 star rating but I had two comments: 1) we requested a crib for our new born and this was done days before our arrival but we didn’t get one. Good thing we had a plan B in place. 2) the second day in the morning breakfast, they were out of boiled eggs, which was not convenient for me personally. Overall, experience was positive and our family enjoyed the stay, thank you!

The location was great for getting in and out of downtown Montreal and the breakfast was good and had both veg and non veg options - scrambled and boiled eggs, potatoes, beans and sausages, instant oats, waffles, fruit, croissants, coffee/tea, etc. The service staff at breakfast was quick, competent and very attentive and pleasant. However, we were not happy with our room - the beddings smelled very strongly of bleach which was a very unpleasant experience and kept us awake most of the night. The floors of the room and the washroom were dirty and didn't seem like they had been swept or mopped in a while.
