What can I say, the reviews you've all read don't lie. Our host is the friendliest person ever and he will cook the tastiest breakfast to your liking to fuel your body before you go explore Ottawa. The exterior of the home has the historic curb appeal. Inside the home the camera doesn't do justice. It is very very spacious and clean. We met some of the guests and everyone said the same thing about our host. Amazing! We came here for two nights for the 2026 Winterlude event show casing the Barbegezi with snowmobile flying 50ft in the air, ice sculptures, skating on the Rideau Canal, Parliament tour with the immersion experience, Rainbow Bistro with live bands, Hearts & Krown with live band, El Furniture Warehouse with live band with very affordable burgers, tacos, drinks etc... and all within a couple minutes of walking distance from Auberg Des Arts. I wished we were able to stay one more night because the experience at Auberge Des Arts was so chill and inviting. It felt like home! For those coming during the winter make sure you are prepared for -25 degree Celsius temps. Bring your ski goggles, several face masks, scarfs, sunglasses, Merino wool base layers, wind proof outer shell like ski pants, winter parka jacket and several pair of gloves incase you lose one. Leave no skin exposed and you will be very comfortable.

Great place! Room gave us everything we needed. Pierre is a great host. Breakfast every morning to start the day and loads of info about Ottawa. Skating paradise, except for Rideau Hall not providing info about rink closure, but that’s irrelevant to Auberge des Arts. The house is comfortable, and I spent some time just staring at the wallpaper. The vibes are real.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Auberge Des Arts. Pierre, the host, is one of the kindest people I had a pleasure of meeting. Not only the breakfast he served was delicious, he was also a great help in crafting my itinerary. He showed me where to go, good places to grab food, and even let me know of events/festivals taking place (like a fireworks display). The location is also fantastic, located around 15-20 min from every major attraction. 10/10 if I am ever in Ottawa, I will stay again

Beautiful little B&B right in the market district and a short walk from the art museum, parliament, and a great park. Host was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and he was super helpful when we were planning out our day. Breakfast was delicious, and every possible amenity was provided. Seriously a gem of a B&B
