I stayed at the Blackstone Hotel for five nights, booking approximately one month in advance. My suite included a full kitchen, an important feature for me, as I prefer to prepare my own meals. The kitchen was well equipped with appropriate cookware, utensils, and appliances, allowing for practical day to day use rather than nominal functionality. Arrival and check in were efficient and professionally handled. I was greeted promptly, and the entire process from entering the lobby to accessing my room took approximately five minutes. One of the property’s stronger operational features is the heated underground garage. It offers ample parking and includes a dedicated car wash bay equipped with soap, rags, and a high pressure hose. This amenity proved particularly useful given winter road conditions. The room itself was clean, quiet, and thermally comfortable throughout my stay. Sound insulation was adequate, and housekeeping standards were consistent. The bathroom included a deep soaker tub, which was a welcome recovery feature after full days of skiing. The outdoor hot tub was well maintained and appropriately heated. While the hydrotherapy jets lacked significant pressure, the overall experience remained satisfactory. From a guest comfort standpoint, implementing an adults only period between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. could enhance the evening atmosphere. Overall, the property delivered precisely what its pricing tier suggests, functional amenities, solid maintenance standards, and reliable service execution. I would return without hesitation.

We hosted a board retreat here and it was an excellent choice all around. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable — ideal when you actually need to relax and get work done. Food was a standout. Great quality, well prepared, and exactly what you want when you’re stuck in meetings all day and don’t want to think about where to eat. Solid location, smooth stay, and no friction anywhere in the experience. Would absolutely use Blackstone again for a retreat or just a getaway.

The hotel was really nice, great view of the mountains if you get a mountain view room. There was a piece of carpet in the living area by the couch that was fraying but other than that it was very clean spacious. It was a bit far from downtown but the walk would be nice on warmer days. You can hear the traffic on the highway a bit as well but it's not a big deal as I think the view makes up for it. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Made a last minute reservation for my birthday and Scarlette had left chocolates and a card in the room. Such a nice personal touch. Their staff go above and beyond with service during your stay. Location is quiet (no noise from trains) and close to free local transit. The room was spotless, beds were firm and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay! Would definitely recommend to friends and I will stay again!
