The rooms were nice, but the bathroom was a bit small. They were clean and quiet. Breakfast was not great. I'd suggest less options and better quality. The ladies on the front desk were very helpful and kind. The hotel its self is on the edge of the rougher side of vancouver, however the price does somewhat reflect that. Currently having a lot of work done (we didn't find this disturbed us at all and workers were very courteous). When its done the hotel is going to feel very smart. Parking was under ground, some more signs to advise where to park for check in beforehand and directions to lifts once underground would of been useful. They do not offer cots, which was a shame. We did enjoy our stay here and I would stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The location is excellent - close to public transportation, cafes and beautiful parks, which made getting around very easy. We would like to give a special thank you to the reception team, Bryant and Kao. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Thank you so much for your love for animals and for providing such a high level of service - it really made our stay feel special. The shuttle service to downtown is a fantastic option: convenient, fast, and very well organized. It was a big plus for us. The only downside was the breakfast. Unfortunately, the selection was very limited, and the sausages were not edible. It also felt like many of the items were highly processed. We would kindly suggest considering a simpler but fresher and tastier menu, such as a selection of cheese and ham, boiled eggs, oatmeal, and a variety of fresh salads. Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to return again in the future.

The room was pretty much perfect in terms of size and amenities. Location is also decent with plenty of restaurants around. Front desk staff were helpful throughout my reservation. However, upon check-in I was charged twice for pre-authorisation at $250 each, so $500 total. Since checking out, I have only received one of those transactions back. With support from the third party which I had booked this accommodation with, I have been told that any approvals for a refund of this second pre-authorisation is being declined.. and for what plausible reason? So essentially Atrium Hotel Vancouver have stolen $250 from me. Shame on your higher ups.

The room was clean and comfortable. The Korean staff at the front desk was very kind and even upgraded our room, which made our stay better. Breakfast was delicious as well. I would recommend this hotel!
