I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering the price I paid. The breakfast was advertised as a buffet, but the quality was very poor. The ingredients felt cheap and limited — honestly, I could have had better options at Tim Hortons. Even more surprising, the dishes and cutlery were disposable, which is far below the standard expected from a hotel in this price range. The bedding was also unacceptable. The room had only one thin blanket for a king-size bed, despite the reservation being for two guests. When I requested an additional blanket, I was given one without a proper sheet — just a basic blanket that had visible spots on it. I could not even be sure if it had been properly cleaned. There was no liquid hand wash in the washroom, only a bar of soap. This feels outdated and not in line with modern hospitality standards. The room was very cold upon arrival. A properly prepared room should be temperature-ready for guests. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud during the night, making it very difficult to sleep. Overall, the experience did not match the price or the brand reputation. I expected much better standards and attention to detail.

Stayed for 1 night over the Christmas holiday. It was after new years so the place was quiet. No large hockey parties! Sorry I know not a poplar opinion but hockey parents are the worst at hotels. My kids had the pool to themselves, I was impressed by how clean it felt. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and the main reason we chose this hotel. We were greeted by a very friendly young man. I also was impressed by how friendly the cleaning and breakfast staff were. We needed two rooms because 3 kids. One room was Incredibly clean. The other had some hair behind the door, whiskers in the sink and the tub. I brought bleach wipes in anticipation. I would stay here again, especially with it's location to places we could walk to.

I stayed here for a couple of nights, and the experience was consistent with what I expect from the Residence Inn brand. The suite-style rooms with a full kitchenette are practical and comfortable, especially for longer stays. The property is clean, quiet, and easy to settle into. The hotel offers free parking and complimentary breakfast, which adds good value and keeps the stay simple and convenient. Staff interactions were smooth and professional, and everything worked the way it should. Overall, this Residence Inn delivers a reliable, comfortable stay with the familiar amenities that make the brand a solid choice for both short and extended visits.

We stayed two nights. The room was spacious, the bathroom has enough counter space for all of our stuff, we didn't hear neighbors or hall noise. The breakfast was plentiful and hot. We didn't use the pool/hot tub but it was available and easy to find. There was an abundance of easy parking and plenty of exterior doors so you could get inside quickly if it's raining.
