For approx 175$/night, I was not completely satisfied. It was quite dirty. The only reason I'm even giving 3 stars s because all of the staff i have encountered were super helpful & polite. The kettle was really, really dirty. And apparently, there's only 1 for the whole hotel to share, and the one they gave me was gross. I cannot believe they even gave it to me when it looked liked that. So instead of tea. which I had to go out to buy since they don't provide, I opted to use their nespresso machine. And despite running the nespresso machine 5 times without the capsules, just to clean it out, I kept getting little ittle black stuff coming out. The bathtub was unclean, the handheld shower head kept dripping & it was loose and kept drooping over. The screw to adjust the height was also missing, so we couldn't raise it either. Also when we arrived, there was a curly hair (and not the type of hair that's on a person's head, if you get what i mean) on the toilet seat, we were grossed out that we didn't even want to take a pic of it & disinfected the seat right away.. Not very good sound-proofing either and there was dust on the hangers.... Location-wise, it was good for us & where we needed to go. Near a highway that i can exit to go anywhere & a costco nearby to fill up gas easily The only thing saving this place is the staff Unfortunately, i'm not sure if I will be staying here again especially at that price.

Location is good. Close to hwy. I prefer live away old Quebec while travel. Being in city for more then 10 trips, this one by far is worst for this prices range. 1: service attitude is good, but the policy is ridiculous. I never heard of a hotel check in 4 pm, and even they have room, they won’t let you check in early until 3:30. 2: room services come in Sunday 8:30 am, which is too early 3: hotel but dates, for hotel 200/night range. elevator is slow, and while we check in, one was in cleaning so only one works for all guest in afternoon. I don’t recommend live in higher floor. Good: Service attitude is good, at least they try to accommodate. Location is good. Close to hwy.

We had a good experience! The stay was comfortable. The room had all essentials- (even though the microwave was not in the rooms, they have kept one common in the hallway area- since our rooms were next to the microwave, it was pretty convenient). Rooms were clean and had efficient Heat/ AC systems. Parking is ample, and the location is perfect - close to Tim Hortons/ grocery stores/ gas station- and a 20-min drive to main town and Montmorency. No complaints!

I will never stay here again, and I strongly recommend my friends and family avoid all Travelodge hotels. Our experience was beyond unacceptable for several reasons: Inadequate Toiletries: We were three adults staying for the night, and the hotel provided exactly ONE tiny bottle of toiletries. We had to ration soap like we were at a campsite, not a hotel. Poor Lighting: The room was dim and depressing, making it feel dingy and poorly maintained. The Microwave Situation: There is only one microwave for the entire floor (over 20 rooms). Good luck if you actually want to heat up food without waiting in a literal line in the hallway. Management Ignores Feedback: I’ve seen other reviews mentioning these exact issues with toiletries, yet management has done nothing to fix it. This isn't an oversight; it's a deliberate choice to be cheap. This stay was an insult to paying guests. Save yourself the headache and book literally anywhere else.
