Marie-Soleil and Karin were very accommodating. Our flight times made this trip worrisome but the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The gym was perfect, restaurant was delicious and rooms were clean. If we’re back in the area, we will stay here. Thanks again

Hi! Please pass along my sincerest thanks to your front desk staff who were so very helpful during our stay. David and Marie-Soleil were sincere and professional and were able to accommodate all of our requests. We were there to attend our daughter’s graduation from the CAF so our requests for an early check in, late check out, and a secure place to store our luggage while we attended our daughter’s special day were accommodated with a sincere smile and ease! This was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had. Check-in took almost 20 minutes because the front desk agent repeatedly failed to process our credit card and kept saying, “Sorry, my mistake.” Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. When we entered the room, the toilet was disgusting, with remnants left behind from previous guests. The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The coffee maker was unusable — when I went to add water, it was murky inside the machine, likely from improper cleaning. I reported this to the front desk and was told to grab a coffee downstairs, only for them to then try charging me $4 for it. I was also told directly by staff that breakfast was included. The next morning at checkout, we were told, “Sorry, you don’t have breakfast.” To make matters worse, there wasn’t even complimentary water provided in the room. Between the dirty bathroom, poorly cleaned room, broken coffee maker, attempted extra charges, lack of basic amenities, and conflicting information, this stay was a disaster from start to finish. Serious improvements are needed in both cleanliness and customer service. I would not recommend staying here.

This is a gem of a hotel and totally exceeded my expectations. Rooms are a good size with all necessary amenities, and a big bed. Location is opposite a strip mall and police station but it is quiet and you are a 5min walk away from the river one way and the town the other. Super helpful to people on cycling tours as well offering a secure lock up for bikes, and a standout hotel on the veloroute. Highly recommend.
