Living at Voda Apartments has been such a great experience! The building is clean, modern, and really well taken care of. The management team is always kind and quick to help whenever I need anything, which makes a big difference. The falls view from my bedroom is breathtaking (few clicks attached). It honestly feels like home here, and I’m really happy I chose Voda. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place & best rooftop view in Ottawa!

Living at Voda truly feels like a privilege. The view of Ottawa is absolutely stunning (see photo taken from my place this week before heading to work), the location is perfect, and the quality of life here is outstanding. I’ve renewed my lease for another year, and I sincerely hope to stay for many more.

I couldn't be happier with my apartment here – it truly is the perfect place to live in downtown Ottawa! The views are absolutely incredible. From the rooftop terrace, you get a breathtaking panorama of Parliament, and on the other side, stunning vistas of Gatineau and the Chaudière Falls. Beyond the views, the building itself is fantastic. There's an abundance of amenities that truly enhance the living experience. The co-working spaces, common kitchen, and living rooms are incredibly convenient and well-maintained. Plus, having a games room, a theatre, and large terraces with barbecue facilities makes this place feel like a resort. As a tenant, I can confidently say this is the best place to live in all of Ottawa!

Voda has been such a wonderful place to call home. What we appreciate most is the welcoming atmosphere, from the lobby to the common areas, everything is thoughtfully designed and always kept in great condition. It feels modern, safe, and inviting every time. The amenities are another highlight, making day-to-day life so much more convenient and enjoyable. Whether it’s relaxing after a long day or hosting family, everything is right here when we need it. On top of that, the management and staff are always friendly and approachable, which creates a genuine sense of community. Living here has been a very positive experience for us, and it’s clear that Voda puts a lot of care into making sure residents feel comfortable, valued, and proud to call this place home.
