Id give it zero if I could. Horrific experience living here for 8 years. Over the course of that time, my apartment flooded 5 separate times, with no compensation from the landlords. One time it flooded over christmas break from the unit above while I was out of town. Luckily I turned all of my lights off as every lighting unit was filled with water and would have started a fire. Several issues with bugs that were never resolved. Constant inspections for some bizarre reason. Robert the super was insanely hostile and downright threatening at times. Avoid at all costs, absolutely horrific building.

Nice place to live in, friendly neighbours and no issues. No bugs at all. Also not many fire alarms, also the super attendant is always helpful when help is needed. Only issue is they don’t have a central AC system, but I was told that before renting here, so that won’t affect my rating. Overall I recommend this place!

I lived here for three years and my unit faced Loretta Ave, so I didn't have the noise issue residents from the other side of the building had. The view is of course blocked now for back of the building given the newly constructed tower. Yes; it was possible to feel the blows during the construction but it was normal and it is finished now. I didn't have any issues with superintendents and both Nicole and Don were helpful; generally responsive to requests. It is indeed hot during summer and there is no A/C. The location is great, close to Dow's Lake and little Italy. I didn't like the laundry room as I need to clean the interior of washing machines, but you may not care like many.

The apartments are not in the best condition, even after being recently renovated. Paint is very poorly applied, there were all sorts of hairs and flies stuck on the paint in the washroom. Also good luck getting the management team to do anything for you in a timely matter. Whether it was getting a parking spot or simply requesting a new light bulb in the storage locker, it usually takes weeks and several reminders to management to get anything accomplished. I would be content with the place if I wasn't paying an outrageous price, but for the price of the apartments you would absolutely expect much much more.
