Edit: October 2018. The elevator worked for a whole 5 days in the last 3 months. The building was perfect until Capreit/Caprent took over in November 2015. Before we had a caring propperty manager that would come to your place within half an hour even if it was 7 PM in the weekend. Now you have to be lucky if you get to speak to a person at all. Service requests are piling up and every few months they make up new rules in the rental contract and threaten to evict you if you don't comply with their new made up laws. In the meantime there is no way anymore to leave a letter or information Capreit requests at the building itself. They've also closed the closest rental office nearby shortly after so you now have to deliver forms for example requests for updated contact information at Rental location in New West were they never answer the phone. If you can, stay away from Capreit.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Terrible management, bed bugs, maintenance requests ignored. Seeing new listings of 1 bedroom units going for the same amount currently paying for a 2 bedroom unit. Laundry machines were out of a week. Pet friendly, but lots of hostility toward pet owners. Only saving grace is the nice people living in the building.

We've had bed bugs for months now and the apartment is either hiring cheap exterminators or not very good ones, because they're still here. I've had to call my own pest control now because the company is now blaming us for the fact that the apartment is still infested. Please avoid at all cost.

Lived here for a year. I must say the management is very friendly and great service. Overall a great place to call home!
