We moved to this building almost a year ago and there wasn’t a time that we regretted our choice! It’s a great building with a great management. The maintenance is amazing, always sparkling and a safe environment for families and individuals. We absolutely love this place and recommend it to our friends and families all the time.

The building’s apartments are modern and are of a great quality. The management team is super friendly and always available to help. I really enjoy the neighborhood filled with cafes, restaurants, and the canal.

Great building and great staff, very well located in a good neighborhood, right by the canal. Moving in was easy and the office managers are very helpful and supportive.
