There was a tenant infested with billions of bed bugs for over A MONTH before management started treatment. They spread everywhere. Management does not pay for steaming cuz it’s too expensive. Only way to truly kill bed bugs. I hired my own company. Property manager is a condescending narcissist and she LOVES to argue and PUSH BACK on basic human needs that are within a tenants LEGAL RIGHTS. The property manager believes she is above the law and is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! The building is FILTHY! The carpets in the hallways get vacuumed every 3 months, there’s dried urine in the stairwells that barely get cleaned, the washing machines have mould in them with constant bed bugs and roaches crawling all over them, there’s constant garbage outside on the grounds, the elevators are filthy. The landlord is known for constantly lying to you. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE. ITS NOT WORTH THE ANXIETY AND STRESS. Go rent somewhere else where you can have peace of mind. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE BILLION RATING!

STAY AWAY. SO GLAD I moved. Infested with roaches. Different floors have bed bugs and mites. Landlord won’t disclose but the tenants will tell you. My home was spotless and no matter what every night I had bites on my legs and woke up to roaches in areas of my room and living spaces. If you care for yourself and family rent from another property that is more honest and caring about their tenants

Lots of thefts recently in the apartments. Also multiple cars were broken into. in the basement parking. The management refused to give the videos to the cops saying that there were no recordings captured (There are cameras installed everywhere). Looks like more of an inside job. Plus you have bed bugs and roaches all over.

Friendly people. Homey to me but that's probably because I grew up in this building. Could use a bit more renovation but other than that no complaints. I like it.
