We were gratefully to be upgraded to a bigger room because the room we booked was no longer available. It was large and spacious with a divider for the living room area which had a large sofa and armchair, a storage/dresser, coffee table and large tv, oh and a fridge! The other side had a comfortable bed and the washroom and coffee and microwave are. We enjoyed our stay. I especially love the witty humour and cute duck theme all over the premises and in the room. The customer service was always kind and friendly. The housekeeping (when we used it) was super. The location was convenient. There was some noise on the weekend or some evenings but things settled down by night and we enjoyed peaceful sleeps for the most part. I found the bed comfortable and everything clean. Looking forward to staying there again. 🥰❤️

Like our stays here. Very unique, the duck theme and quirky messages all over the hotel. Very very very pet friendly. Treat your pets as well as any other guest. My only one complaint... Kamloops Accent inn has you beat when it comes to your complimentary coffee machine and inn room amenities. Considering you are All Accent Inns you would think they would be pretty uniform. And I only say this as a self proclaimed coffee aficionado who takes their cup of Java (or 6) very seriously. . (PS... I have stayed here on multiple occasions and this Accent inn will not match 3rd party hotel rates like the one in Kamloops will. In fact when asked if they would i received a very kurt email response so i proceeded to call where i was told that under no circumstance was any Accent inn supposed to do that. The level of service between this chains motels is VASTLY DIFFERENT. Best stay by far Kamloops. Worst stay by far Victoria although still okay)

We stayed at Accent Inns Burnaby for 7 days, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is convenient—just one step away from Vancouver, with a bus stop nearby and a 10-minute walk to Superstore. The rooms are pretty decent for a 3-star hotel—very clean, with cozy beds, and the kitchenette was a huge plus. Being able to cook saved us a lot of money instead of eating out. The heater and AC worked well. We had a small issue with the shower knob, but when we called the lobby, Ms. Rhoda came up right away and fixed it within minutes. Housekeeping also did an amazing job keeping the room tidy and refreshing the towels. The staff were all pleasant and attentive, but I especially want to recognize Ms. Tess. She genuinely engaged with guests and consistently checked in to see if we needed anything. When our heater wasn’t working on our first day, she quickly arranged a room transfer without any hassle. She even noticed that we frequently went to the lobby for coffee and kindly offered to set up a coffee maker in our room, along with coffee beans. As first-time guests, we truly felt her passion, dedication, and positive energy. Cons: The noise level can be an issue. During our stay, there were many kids running along the corridor, shouting and laughing, and we could clearly hear it from inside our room. Limited amenities — the hotel doesn’t have features like a gym or even a small pool. Overall, we highly appreciate the hospitality and the warm, caring service from the team. We would definitely stay here again.

Currently staying here for 4 weeks- a long time to spend in a hotel room, but the experience has been fantastic. Clean facility and rooms, amazing polite service and a great location. Best of all for me (staying here for work)- it is quiet. No parties around me or late night disruptions. Housekeeping is respectful of my "home away from home" and this had made my time here very pleasant. I will stay here again and these folks have made the travel part of my job less stressful. Thank you
