We enjoyed our return stay at this hotel. Our room was a good size and most importantly, clean, despite needing a bit of a refresh. We appreciate the amenities of coffee, mini fridge and microwave. Ishita at the front desk was a standout among the professional and helpful staff.

I especially want to highlight Harry at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure i felt comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping guests, but Harry truly does. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made a big difference in our experience and left a great first impression of the hotel. Thank you, Harry, for going above and beyond — you are a real asset to this hotel. We will definitely be back!

This hotel is clean, safe, and in a great location. I want to give a special thanks to Harry for making my check-in and room transition so smooth, and to Hanh for preparing my room so quickly—it was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Their care and attention really helped me relax during a difficult time. The entire team went above and beyond, and I’m truly grateful for their kindness and excellent service. I highly recommend this gotel, especially if you want/need to bring your fur baby along!

Harry at the front desk is the real MVP! He helped me when I was in a jam trying to find a last-minute room available on a holiday weekend. He hopped on the phone and hooked me up with a discounted rate at a nearby hotel. I'm sorry I was unable to stay at the Coast Lonsdale Quay Hotel, but will certainly be happy to return given the excellent service. Fun neighborhood with lots to do. Highly recommend a visit.
