The CAPREIT apartments especially at 10250 & 10300 av de bois de boulogne have problems ( bedbugs, humidity,…, no heating in winter you should pay more electricity) when you contact administration they send you dates to repeat but no one comes !!! They spend time to lose your time but when the first of months they ask for rent !!! No pardon !!! Here some photos of my apartment at 10300 av de bois de boulogne they kicked me out with the help of the TAL ( this criminal court ) I am seek and got accident at home because CAPREIT but no one hears you No places helps, deputy nothing, OMH nothing, city of montreal nothing, service de reference of OMH nothing, SHDM nothing, comité de logement nothing !!! Montreal now is the dirtiest city in quebec Government of quebec is the worst because they put rules and laws against citizens!!! Now I can’t rent apartment I can’t treat myself because I can’t work ( I got dislocation, broken shoulder & plexy brachial ) The worst in the story that I should get like a salary (+1500$ ) from services Québec but they didn’t given me this amount since more than a year and I will claim the amount and see with them Everyone who comes to canada should stay not in quebec !!! The rent was cheap but now the prices increased so much !!! Don’t leave in the downtown too they have almost problems like bedbugs and mouses!!! When I met the deputy he told me we can’t help you to get a home, talk to journalists!!! Wow wow wow à deputy cant help citizens to get a home !!! Don’t come to montreal Don’t come to province of quebec I have met today the person named Ahmed he is Muslim this person has helped the CAPREIT to kick ne out the 30 of November 2022. I have given hi. The second letter from service Québec where they said that they gave accepted my claim and will reimburse me asap. He ignored me totally and refused to defer the date of kicking me out but he ignored me totally Ahmed harassed me and told me you’ll be followed by capreit and thought I ll be scared In few days I ll give a complaint against every organization in quebec especially TAL ( Tribunal Administratif de LOGEMENT ) and CAPREIT I say to every Muslim working at CAPREIT Especially CAPREIT of montreal : you’re getting haram money you’re helping this criminal company !!! Today , tomorrow or later you ll see the result of kicking a woman with dislocation and plexi-brachial problem to street

I m renting an apartment in the 10300 bois-de-boulogne. I previously gave 5 stars to the building but now I m giving 1 star now for many reasons 1- A pipe broke 4 months ago in my apartment above me and infiltred my ceiling and the floor and ultimately damaging it. They were supposed to come to fix the floor but they never came. 1 month ago, it happened again and the floor got more bad. They fixed the floor of the person above me but I have to run behind them to just come to look at the damage. They keep making appointment and do not come. I will have to report them if that situation stay the same. 2- Last week, my brother was looking for an apartment and 2 were available to rent in August and September. Someone has already applied for the one in August. So, the probability was high that person would get the apartment. And that is what happened. No issues. The problem comes when they told us not to applied for the second apartment and wait to see if the other is taking and if it is, we would be the first to get the other one because nobody had applied for it. Today, they called and say to come visit the other apartment as planned and applied and 10 mins later call back and say finally the apartment is taking 😳. How is that possible?! This is very dishonest and low!
