My wife booked the Residence Inn by Marriott Montreal Airport for her company’s Christmas party this past weekend, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment we arrived. The customer service was excellent — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The lobby is spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with plenty of comfortable seating areas. They also offer free breakfast, which is always a nice bonus. The rooms were another highlight: large, clean, and very comfortable. The bed especially, was incredibly cozy — one of the better sleeps I’ve had in a hotel. The location is also perfect, close to everything you might need in the area. We ordered room service, and I was very impressed with the quality of the food. It was a bit on the pricey side, but honestly, the taste and presentation made it worth it. My only suggestion for management would be to add more fruit options to the breakfast buffet. On the first day, they only had a few oranges, and on the second and third days, the only fruit offered was bananas. A little more variety would really elevate the breakfast experience. Aside from that small detail, everything else was great. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would go back again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

We booked this hotel last minute and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. It was one of the few places in Montreal that could accommodate our family of six in a single room at an affordable price. The space is truly designed with families in mind: modern, spacious, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The full-sized kitchen was a highlight, complete with utensils, a regular fridge, dishwasher, four-plate electric stove, and microwave. On top of that, the room had a proper dining area with a table and four chairs. Beyond the facilities, the service really stood out. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, always smiling when helping us with questions or requests. Overall, this hotel gave us comfort and convenience that felt more like a home than a typical stay. Highly recommended for larger families traveling to Montreal.

This is my fifth stay at the Residence Inn, and it continues to be a reliable choice whenever I’m in the Dorval area. The hotel’s location makes it a great central hub for anyone visiting nearby businesses or working in the area—it’s also just a short drive from the airport, which is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable enough to spend a full day in, whether you’re relaxing or working remotely, and the overall atmosphere feels consistently welcoming. It’s a solid option for both short stays and longer visits.

We have stayed here twice now (4 nights each stay) and always have a great time. I worked in hospitality for many years so I have high expectations - particularly in cleanliness - and this hotel always exceeds them! The staff is kind, breakfast has plenty of options and fresh coffee, public areas are always clean and room gets done daily. It's also very family friendly - the rooms seem to be quite soundproof so less worry for us with our rambunctious boys! Good hotels are hard to find and this one is on the list of keepers!
