Jan. 2026-So many good things to say about the Royal Canadian Lodge! Recently remodeled room was simple yet tasteful. Nice flooring, hooks for coats, drawers in the bathroom as well as in the room, comfortable bedding (a cozy fleece blanket in the closet), lots of outlets for charging, cute lamps by bed, and more. Robes which were perfect for using the pool and hot tub. The pool room had nice tile, a waterfall, and a pretty stained glass window. Also showers with the hotel shampoo available. There was a steam room, too. Staff was pleasant. Lobby clean and appealing, and fresh apples and water available all day. Great location on the Main Street of Banff, walk to stores and restaurants. There is a bus around town and to ski areas if needed.

It was a memorable experience, we felt great at your hotel. We just came from Romania and after a long 10 hour flight believe me this hotel is what you need. Respectful and friendly staff, clean and well equipped rooms. It is also very very well located with many tourist attractions nearby. Congratulations! See you soon!❤️❤️❤️

We spent three nights at the Royal Canadian Lodge last week (9/16 - 9/19). The staff were friendly and service was great! They did everything to accommodate our needs. The room was very clean and bigger than most. The bathroom had a tub/shower combination with a grab bar, which is a nice safety feature I wish most hotels had. Many thanks to Neil, the concierge, who arranged tours for us beforehand. We had little to worry about. Housekeeping kept our room neat every day. The restaurant staff were lovely (the fish and chips were wonderful). The architecture has a beautiful Canadian Mountain feel and the price for the location was reasonable. We so enjoyed our stay. Thank you everyone for making that possible!

I had an amazing stay at the Royal Canadian Lodge! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the lodge made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this place — I’ll definitely be coming back!
