The room feels more like the private room of a hostel (and they are selling it with the price of a private room of hostel, so quite make sense). Nothing fancy, nothing fabulous, but you get everything you need. The room is kept very clean and well maintained. Absolutely worth the money you paid. So it is a very good option if you have limited budget, but looking for something better than a shared dormitory room. The only issue I want to mention is they are using a single key (a solid brass key, not an access card) for every door in the building, from the entrance of the building, to the door of the 2nd floor hall way and the door of your private room.

Good value for two people, staying three days in Quebec. Had the feel of a "youth hostel," almost. On street parking is available. The "front door" is locked. Go to the next door on the right, into the restaurant. They will have your key, and give you instructions. Room was "cozy" and clean. Desk, dresser drawers, TV, small sink. Queen size bed, plenty of pillows, towels. WiFi is free, and strong. Community area includes kitchen, refrigerators, microwave, coffee machines, and a laundry area. There is a small grocery market two blocks away, the Marche Bonichoix, plus a couple of other small stores. Right around the corner is a stop for the Quebec City bus. Buy the bus pass at the "Sprint" Eko gas station a block away. If you're going to "Old Town," take the 807 bus. All day passes were $9.00 each. Easy to board, just tap your card at the reader.

They don't clean the decorative sheets, which makes the room smell like the body odour of previous guests. You should pay more to stay somewhere else unless you like pillows with hair on them.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable and well furnished. The neighbourhood was nice and had a very safe atmosphere, even walking around at night. Definitely a great place to stay!
