Here’s a polished five‑star review that highlights the front desk, valet, and the amazing woman who delivered your uncrossing on Sunday, March 1. I shaped it to feel sincere, specific, and memorable: --- ⭐ Five‑Star Review for Sheraton Wall Centre My stay at the Sheraton Wall Centre was outstanding, but what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible service. The front desk team went above and beyond, especially in coordinating with valet—they were efficient, warm, and genuinely attentive. The uncrossing itself was fabulous, but the real highlight was the woman who delivered it to us on Sunday evening, March 1. I wish I knew her name because she was by far the most amazing and enthusiastic person in the entire hotel. Her energy, kindness, and excitement turned a great experience into the best one. She made us feel seen and cared for in a way that you don’t often find, even at top hotels. Sheraton Wall Centre is already a wonderful place to stay, but staff like her elevate it to something exceptional. Five stars without hesitation.

We would strongly recommend staying at this hotel. Amazing location, beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms and good service made our stay here a great one! The hotel was full and reception was extremely busy when we were checking in. It seemed overwhelming at first, however it all went smoothly. It is a massive hotel. Our room was on the higher floors and we had nice views. The rooms are really good size and had all the amenities that are needed. Our rooms had some nice views too. There was some kind of a special event at the time and we could easily watch fireworks from our room. Breakfast each day was simply scrumptious. Great selection of food and delicious choices. We ate like a brunch almost every day! The hotel is in walking distance to many attractions and there are some very nice restaurants around the hotel. Be it for short stay or long, business trip or leisure/holiday, this hotel certainly would be a great choice!

The hotel itself was excellent; clean, spacious and very well located, with easy access to the train station. Breakfast was good, the fitness centre was impressive, and overall it offered strong value for the price. Unfortunately, we experienced a significant issue at check-in. Due to a last-minute change of plans, my partner arrived 24 hours before me. I had completed pre check-in, attached my card to the booking, and confirmed with the hotel in advance that he would be checking in first. After arriving at 8am following a 15-hour flight from Australia, he was informed that a physical credit card was required. His physical debit card and credit card via Apple Pay were both declined. I contacted the hotel to offer a credit card authorisation, but this was also refused. We were advised that no hotels in Vancouver would accept him without a physical credit card. While I understand this may reflect local policy, it was disappointing that no flexibility or interim solution could be offered — even for one night until I arrived the next day. No alternative assistance was suggested, and he was left to find accommodation elsewhere. After a long international flight, being turned away and having to walk around the city with multiple bags searching for another hotel was extremely stressful and upsetting. Fortunately, another Marriott property was able to accommodate him.

I stayed here for two tonights and for the most part I really enjoyed my stay. The location is good and a short walk from the seawall. The room I stayed in was good and I enjoyed the views from my floor. The gym downstairs is good but one of the weights room was a little packed. The only issue I had was with parking. My partner wasn't able to pay for parking the first night and the lady behind the desk explained he had to wait until the next day to pay. So he waited and after he paid, he got downstairs and found a parking ticket on the dash. The lady behind the front desk said the hotel would take care of it but wouldn't it be better to have a system where customers pay for parking upon arrival similar to other places? I appreciate that the parking ticket will be taken care of but it could all be avoided. The bed and pillows were stiff which was unfortunate.
