This a great hotel if you are planning to go skying or exploring the area. We spent two nights and we love it. The (King Deluxe) room seemed to have been recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable and the ammenities in the room made the stay even better (i.e., safety box and boots drier). The complimentary breakfast was very generous (in comparison with some other properties we've visited in North America in a similar price-range) with a range of bagels, waffles and hot plates. They were offering also smoked salmon, which was a nice treat. Easy on-site parking and friendly staff. On top of all, a clean, modern hot tub and steam room, that were not too busy for Winter-ski season.

Beautiful hotel — we spent five nights in room 20 and truly enjoyed our stay! The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. A special thank you for the opportunity to dry small items on the radiator — it’s incredibly superconvenient in winter! (The only downside was the bed linen. It was synthetic, not cotton, and sleeping on it wasn’t too comfortable — the bed was highly electrified) Now I’m dreaming of coming back in the summer!

Had a 5 night stay in room 41 which was well presented and spacious. The lodge is in a good location and the staff are lovely. The property has a guest laundry which was an appreciated amenity, as well as offering breakfast daily which had a good variety. I did have trouble with the room noise affecting my sleep quality being a very loud heating system, noise coming from rooms above and cars parked right outside the door. If I were to stay here again, I would request a room on the second floor for these reasons.

We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed the lodge and all of its amenities. Our room on the second floor was incredibly spacious (2 queens + sofa) and the daily housekeeping was really convenient. The boot dryer and the hot tub was a bonus and the breakfast had plenty of options. Lake Louise was right next to the hotel while Banff Sunshine was 40 minutes away.
