I booked two rooms for three of my colleagues for a 5-night business trip due to the location. It turned out to be a complete nightmare. Impossible to Find: The entrance is so obscure that even with the address, my colleagues struggled for a long time to locate it. Tiny & Unfit Rooms: The rooms are claustrophobically small and poorly maintained. The "breakfast area" is a joke—it barely has enough space to seat four people in total. Zero Flexibility / No Refunds: We reported these issues within the first hour of check-in. My colleagues only stayed for one night and moved out immediately. Despite contacting Expedia and the hotel right away to request a refund for the remaining 4 nights, the hotel refused to refund a single penny. This place is nothing but a "money trap." They provide sub-standard service and then hold your money hostage. Save your sanity and your budget—do NOT book here.

Good value for your money. The room was clean. The bedsheets smelled freshly laundered. The shower is new, has hot water & good pressure. The room has a microwave & fridge. The only issue I have is the heater, it was not user friendly. Also, the room next door the people were so noisy until 1am. I could not sleep. There was a continental breakfast but I was in a hurry, I saw they had some boiled eggs, pastries, yogurt & fruits. The breakfast area is very small. I would give this a 3.5.

Read the reviews and stay somewhere else. The room itself isn’t bad. The problem was the fact that during the snow storm my keycard reader for my hotel door had stopped working and locked me out. Thankfully the night of, the battery had juice left and it opened but it didn’t do that in the morning. I was locked out of my room for an hour. When the maintenance guy arrived he looked disheveled and dirty - he kept dropping the screws and battery for the keycard reader and acting frantic. The breakfast is all carbs, nothing healthy except boiled eggs. And no meat. There was homeless people coming in to steal breakfast with their dirty hands.

This place is great. We stayed in the Queen Jetted room. Highly recommend, newly renovated nice with sweet 90's style. The location is what makes this place a great stay. Free parking, Free Breakfast, Free coffee.
