The property is aging and needs significant updates(like pathway repaving) but the maintenance staff do an amazing job of keeping the garbage area tidy (used to be much worse) and assisting with repairs in a timely manner. They are always on the go keeping the premises looking good.

Been living here for 11 years. My unit is located in the back of the complex, towards the garbage bins. During our early years of living here, there was an ant infestation. Apparently someone’s barbecue had a bunch of ants and it knocked over and they spread. Not 100% convinced of that story. As of recently, there’s been a roach infestation and it’s only been getting worse. They sent exterminators to do a one time spray when the issue was early on and after that we started noticing more of them. They’re everywhere, in the sinks, in the toilet, in the shower, the cupboards and they haven’t done anything about it. I know they want us to move out so they can gut the place, and we would love to but the housing market is expensive so be a decent landlord and fix the problems. They put more effort in caring for the front of the complex, the back is neglected.

One of the most significant problem here we are dealing with is the presence of rodents. The management team doesn't take issues seriously, and if you're not on their "good side," good luck getting any support. It's clear they favor certain tenants over others. People are moving in and out of this complex frequently, and it feels like they’d prefer if we just packed up and left too. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. Update: On site staff have spoken about us with another tenant, and that information was later relayed back to us. Staff should not be discussing tenants with other residents under any circumstances. If this is happening to us, it is reasonable to believe it may also be happening to others.

The owners should be ashame to have this place looking like this 😒. The place is falling apart inside and outside. The road way to get to different units is DANGEROUS to drive or walk. Anyone with disabilities can't get around because of uneven walkways and roads? THINGS THAT NEED FIXING: - Better durations to units - Roadway 🛻🚙🏍🦼🛴🚲🛹🛼 - Walkways 🚶🏼‍♂️🧍🏻👩🏻‍🦼🧑‍🦽👩🏼‍🦯🏃🏽 - Landscape 🌲🌳🌷⚘🌱 - Fence - Outdoor light - New windows 🪟 - New fridge & stove - Update washroom
