I recently completed a short-term lease at Somerset and I had a great experience. I was able to complete the lease application remotely from Ontario and when I arrived for check-in everything was exactly as described on the website. In addition, the two on-site property managers were super friendly and responsive whenever I needed something. At the end of the lease, the check-out process was smooth and I promptly received my security deposit back.

I rented a furnished apartment in Somerset in 2022 and booked again for 2023. The apartments are nicely decorated and clean, the building is well-maintained, the central location in downtown Vancouver provides everything at your fingertips, and the property manager Mirela is wonderful. I highly recommend.

Mirela made the whole experience from application to arrival very easy & without stress. The apartment is lovely and exactly as pictured. I was concerned that the location would be too close to the busy and crowded commercial area, so was pleasantly surprised to find it tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac and walking directly west is only a 20 minute stroll to Stanley Park walking through a charming tree lined residential area. The roof top pool and views were an added surprise. I am very happy here and am thinking about extending for much longer!

This is an excellent serviced apartment in the downtown of Vancouver. Walking distance to major hot spots, e.g. Robson Street, Granville Street, the Waterfront and skytrain stations. Lots of restaurants and shopping places nearby the apartment. Last but not the least, the management and staffs are very nice and professional. Definitely 5-stars!
