We had an amazing 2 night stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, the breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. The customer service was outstanding from our host Majid. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The Kids loved the complimentary hot chocolate. The Location was convenient. All Christmas markets and the city events were around a 15-20 minute drive Overall it was a great stay and I will book here again for my next visit.

I recently stayed at Sleep Inn for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and everything was arranged properly which made my stay relaxing and stress-free. A special thank you to Majoli Ismail who assisted me during both check-in and check-out. He was very professional, polite, and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and during check-out he made sure everything was handled efficiently. Majoli ismail friendly attitude and excellent customer service truly made a positive difference in my stay.

We had a pleasant stay at Sleep Inn & Suites in Quebec City. The staff was very friendly and accommodating — Vincent helped us check in and he kindly let us check in earlier than scheduled and also allowed a later check-out, which we really appreciated. The room was decent, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and it had an amazing view, you can see the Lawrence River. Breakfast, however, was below average. There weren’t many options, and there were limited healthy choices. That said, it was acceptable for a short stay. The gym room was average, could use some renovation. Overall, a good experience mainly thanks to the helpful and welcoming staff.

We do a lot of traveling by car and have stayed at many hotels, including several Sleep Inns, and we’ve always had great experiences. That said, our most recent stay at the Sleep Inn in Québec City truly stood out! On the evening of Wednesday, September 24th, the gentleman working at the front desk went above and beyond to make our visit special. He welcomed us with such warmth and genuine kindness that he immediately put a smile on our faces. Out of the goodness of his heart, he even gave us a room with a better view, something he certainly didn’t have to do, but it made the stay feel extra thoughtful and personal. The Sleep Inn here has always been wonderful, but his kindness made this visit unique and memorable. We’ll definitely be returning whenever we’re in Québec City again.
