My dealings with management, office and superintendent staff are always a positive experience. If a problem arises, they are quick to resolve the issues every time. Wesley and Marc are such a blessing and I am thankful for their help and friendliness. I have lived here for 15 years already and hope to continue with this living arrangement for many years to come.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while. I moved in here 2020 and left Dec of 2022. I had the best time here. The service was so good and quick, although it was not needed because there was never any issue with the unit. The place was always pest-free. Debra was so helpful and kind throughout our stay here along with the various service coordinators that came by. It was unfortunate that I had to leave because my roommate moved somewhere else, if not, I would have stayed longer. Special thanks to the supers of the buildings, they are very kind and helpful. Thanks a lot for accommodating us so nicely. Truly a very peaceful and quaint environment

We lived here for 2 years. First home as we moved from a foreign country. The best you can expect after reading so many stories about newcomers bad experiences with housing. Highly recommended, rent with confidence. The apartment is highly rated in terms of service. Debra and her team of 2 hardworking maintenance guys are brilliant and work hard to keep premises super clean and respond to inquiries in timely fashion. No bed bug or roach problem as well.

I really love the service and the staff, specially Deborah and Wes. It's really cheap in comparison to other accommodations. The agency made our immigration smooth and comfortable. Likewise, the agency provided the apartment newly renovated and clean. However and frankly, I'd like to have the water cut reduced . Other than
