Olivia and the community management Including maintenance team has been very accommodating and supportive. I really appreciate their flexibility and understanding towards the needs of tenants living at Sundance. All our requests and queries are all taken care of with high importance. We recently moved into a new unit, but it was not cleaned properly. The windows were untouched, the balcony has visible mold, the washer drum is heavily soiled and doesn’t rinse properly, and the dryer runs with unusually loud noise. I’ve emailed management several times, but after three business days, there’s still no response. Update: I emailed and called them before writing this review but still the are not taking responsibility to solve the issues.

Every year, the level of service and respect at Sundance Apartments gets worse. This year was especially disappointing. They didn’t even bother to put up a Christmas tree, which clearly shows how little effort is being made for residents. The gathering in the party room was much simpler than in previous years, limited to just basic snacks. To make matters worse, exactly at 6:00 pm, one of the building staff members began turning off the lights without any warning, courtesy, or a simple thank-you to the residents. People were suddenly left in complete darkness, one parent was trying to find their child’s shoes, and another resident had lost their mobile phone in the dark and couldn’t find it. Although residents were in the middle of cleaning up and organizing the space, they were forced to leave everything as it was and vacate the area. This level of rudeness and disrespect is completely unacceptable. Please look into this matter seriously

We lived nearby and decided to explore housing options at Sundance. At the time, we had an active lease and were planning to move in about three months. Grace helped us find the perfect apartment that truly met our needs — and actually motivated us to move sooner than planned. From the initial application to the final move-in, the support was outstanding. Everything was handled at the highest level of professionalism. We highly recommend Grace — she’s a true expert at what she does!
