Visited Ottawa for a quick work trip and stayed two nights at Delta. The room was spacious and clean and I liked the fact you needed a room card to use the elevator. It is located downtown so it is very walkable. The parking is underground and accessible off Queen St. The onsite restaurant was nice as I arrived late and was able to use in-room dining to order a pizza which was delicious! The Tim Hortons onsite is also an added plus! I am not a fan of downtown hotels, but I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of accessing this hotel. The only thing that was a downside for me was the room did not have a microwave to use for my left over pizza the next day. Also something note worthy is there was plenty of outlets between the desk area and next to the bed. I would stay again if in the area.

Front desk, concierge and housekeeping staff were friendly. The rooms could use some paint. They are on the smaller side. The mini fridge sits on the floor which is odd. The pool was really nice, big, heated, deeper end. The sauna could use some work. There are several elevators so you are never waiting long for one. The restaurant was good, excellent service, but breakfast buffet was cold and expensive, it is better to order from the menu.

I made a reservation 6 weeks in advance. The only request was to get a quiet room. At the moment of check in at 3 pm the room wasn't ready. I waited 1 hour, the room still wasn't available. I was given another room with a shitty bathroom. Despicable... Oh, and I am a Marriott member......

Great experience! Very welcoming and friendly! From checking in, the staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you Bonvoy Marriott and Ms Grosjean for showing your appreciation! I travel all over the world and stay at multiple hotel brands, I would definitely recommend you to my friends, family and colleagues, I was very impressed by the professionalism and generous hospitality. The rooms were spacious, great view and loved the available amenities in the room. I look forward to future stays!
