The shuttle service was quick and right on time, which we really appreciated. Anastasiia at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming and helped us figure out how to get to the places we needed to go. The room was clean and simple. The location is very convenient, especially being so close to the airport. We also really appreciated the free shuttle back to the airport.

Loved my stay here! A very pleasant room I stayed in. The shower was nice and the bathroom has a toilet too, I thought by "shower only" they meant shared toilets. Lol 😂 the blow dryer was really good too, the staff was really accommodating, I was able to check in early and also get a shuttler later in the day, and was able to leave my luggage with them. The white spot restaurant attached to the hotel, was also really nice, delicious food and beer! Highly recommend staying here. The only thing that would make this hotel even better would be an indoor hot tub/pool.

I traveled from Oregon to stay at this hotel. I had just gotten a passport today. I made the mistake of mixing up my itinerary and came a day earlier than my booking. One of the front desk ladies was so kind. Even after saying it was my mistake and I was going to leave since they were fully booked. She went out of her way reaching out to the third party sight I booked through to try and see if they could accommodate me somehow. The other woman who was working at the front desk with her who I’m assuming is some kind of manager. Made me feel very uncomfortable. She was glaring at me while her coworker was trying to sort things out. She was quick to chime in and say there was nothing they could do while I was being helped. The only reason I’m not rating lower than 3 is due to the kind woman who was trying to help. Her going out of her way meant a lot that she was trying at least.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, and all the amenities worked perfectly. I would like to give a special thanks to Anastasiia at the front desk. She is incredibly skilled, always polite, and quick to resolve any issue. Her friendliness and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values excellent service and comfort.
