Lived here in the 70's. Enjoyed the swimming pool with diving board on the front lawn. The swimming pool was filled in and sports a flag now! No bugs back then; not sure about now. At that time it was called the 4 winds...or more commonly known as the 4 holes. Now, I refer to them as the 4 holies. The plug in's for the car heaters in the parking lot were all removed; looks less convoluted. Great place for kids to grow up:)

Lived here for two years at this point. The staff has always been lovely, maintenance is prompt and thorough, and my communications with the landlord (Jezebel) get thorough replies quickly. The building itself is very nice, although a fair bit of street noise can let in from the windows. We had noticed the heat was too strong in the winter, but as an update that has been fixed at least in our unit and this winter was cozy and comfortable. Really feels like home here, great kitchen, lots of sun shining in for the houseplants, convenient location if you don't mind city street noise.

I really wanted to take the time to say thankyou to Eusebio Gabucan and management team (Jezebel) who really take care of the appartment building well managed always response the emails quick and always get the work done .

It is a very clean place. The administrator and everyone who works there always care about providing a very good service. I lived for almost two years and I think it is the best apartment you can get in this area. The apartments are a bit hot but nothing that can't be fixed. They are the only buildings in the area that I have never seen or heard of pest problems. They are a little more expensive than the offers you find in the area but also the best quality.
