I lived in Casa Bella from September 2024 to December 2025. I was lucky to find such a nice, friendly building. The location is amazing - quiet and safe. I enjoyed the walking distance to beautiful Stanley Park, and Coal Harbour. Robson Street is just around the corner. The apartment was comfortable, quiet, and warm in the winter, and the neighbours were nice. A special thank you to the Building Manager for being hospitable and welcoming. Thank you for your work and support!

The apartment's is very old. The equipment and appliances used in the apartment are some of the oldest things i have seen. The location of the apartment is really nice. The property owners are cheats though, they will try to keep all of your deposit. They will being up anything they can deduct and they wont even give u receipts in time. Terrible management and terrible people

A very pleasant place to live in. Though the building seems old, all equipment and furniture come with great quality. And the managers are awesome!

I used to live in this building, and I had a truly wonderful experience there. The management team was always kind, professional, and helpful. A special thank you to Mojgan — she is such a caring and amazing manager, and I truly appreciated all of her support during my time there. I only moved because I needed a bigger space, otherwise I would have happily stayed. The building is well-managed, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff genuinely care about the residents. Thank you again for everything. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to live!
