⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at the Courtyard Montreal West Island/Baie D’Urfé while attending the Schluter Innovation Part II workshop, and the hotel was excellent. The property is modern, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great base during the event. The onsite restaurant, Morgan 44, was a highlight. I enjoyed dinner with friends there, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The breakfast service at the hotel was also excellent — fresh, well-prepared, and a great way to start the day. Staff were attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, the Courtyard delivered a great experience that complemented the workshop perfectly. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the West Island, whether for business or leisure.

Gaby from front desk was super helpful and kind. We had a tough and rough flight coming here. Seeing her when checking in made us feel better about our trip. Thank you for the smile and hospitality. Great customer service!

We came into town for family. Our stay here could not have been better. From check in to check out our experience was wonderful. The hotel and rooms were clean, the service is professional and accommodating and the restaurant service was stellar, a special shout out to Jay! We highly recommend this hotel.

To the hotel management: this experience was unacceptable. I’m a Lifetime Platinum member who trusted the process and followed it exactly. A Marriott Bonvoy agent cancelled my original reservation for me and rebooked me at another Marriott property. Everything was done correctly on their end. Your hotel still charged me for the cancelled room. You refused to acknowledge the cancellation. You refused to take responsibility. You refused to reimburse me, even after Marriott confirmed the agent handled everything properly. As someone who has been loyal to Marriott for decades, I’ve never dealt with a property that disregards both its guests and Marriott’s own policies this way. This isn’t just disappointing—it’s shocking. I hope Marriott takes a serious look at how this situation was handled, because no guest should be treated like this!!
