Every summer, the central AC in this building breaks down — without fail. It’s currently over 30°C in my unit, and we pay close to $1,000/month in maintenance fees for what? No cooling, no updates, and no accountability. This isn't a one-time issue, it's happened every single year. Residents have to beg for repairs while management gives radio silence or empty promises. For a condo that , this is completely unacceptable. Don’t be fooled by the exterior — once summer hits, you’re on your own. I would not recommend living here unless you enjoy heatstroke and being ignored.
