My second time coming to this location. Overall very satisfied with the level of customer service the Holiday Inn provide to this location. The hotel is immaculate. Staff are supportive and friendly. As per most of my postings, I've arrived at this location driving a highway coach. I feel blighted with the way the parking lot is laid out as it makes it very difficult to park near the hotel; especially in the winter months. Snow plow services were excessively poor creating navigational difficulties. I did not bring this to the attention of the management team here because they don't control the snow plow services. I would be more than happy to come back to this hotel for personal reasons.

I rented the banquet room at this Holiday Inn for an employee staff meeting. The space was clean, well set up, and perfect for our needs. The staff was wonderful and I’d like to give a special shout out to Enzo from the hospitality department. His service was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, was attentive to every detail, and genuinely cared about making us feel taken care of. Enzo is truly the kindest person and a huge asset to the hotel. Thank you again for making our experience better!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express with my kids and had a wonderful experience. The hotel room was very clean, and the property was well maintained. The pool was in great condition and my kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was excellent, with good variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful—since we were new to the area, they guided us on things to do during the daytime around the hotel. The plaza itself has many food options within walking distance, which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will happily stay here again.

The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, the beds felt like clouds, and every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Housekeeping did an exceptional job every single day. The entire hotel is impeccably maintained, which really speaks to how much pride the staff take in their work. The staff deserve special recognition—every single person we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. You truly feel like a valued guest here, not just another room number. The location is unbeatable—close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and major highways, making it perfect whether you’re visiting for business, leisure, or a weekend getaway. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is quiet, clean, and relaxing, yet full of energy and professionalism. It’s rare to find a place that nails comfort, service, and value all at once, but this location absolutely does. Without a doubt, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and we will 100% be returning. If you’re considering staying in Vaughan, do yourself a favour and book here. You will NOT be disappointed.
