All the staff we interacted with at Nelligan were amazing! We had a lovely stay - there for the holidays with a group of 10. The rooms could use a little minor updating but the bathrooms were great. We hung by the fire repeatedly. The service, drinks, food at Mama C's - all great. The valet (Masta K.?) was so so gracious with allllllll our bags with so many people, presents, etc. Jonathan in concierge so helpful & the wait staff for breakfast amazing. We are excited to visit again.

Last week was our third visit to Montreal, and we had high expectations for Mama C and it did not disappoint. The service was warm and friendly, and the food was truly impeccable ( lamb chops were delicious). Although the drinks took a bit longer than expected, everything else made up for it. The dessert was the highlight of the night. We also had the pleasure of meeting Masta at the front desk on our way out. He was extremely polite and offered great recommendations for places to grab drinks in the Old Port. A very helpful and personable young man. Mama C is absolutely the spot. 10/10 — Bravo. Boutique hotel with truly excellent service. Staff were fantastic - even when my hubby spilled red wine all over their light colored carpet in the lobby, lol. Great location too. Room was nice. Lovely decor throughout the hotel.

A Special Trip Made Perfect. Hotel Nelligan is perfectly located in Old Montreal - and it has all the features you'd expect in this neighbourhood - the quaint street front, the exposed brick and beams - but what really shines are the staff. Prior to our stay, I was contacted by the head concierge Jonathan - who wanted to ensure we were all set for our stay. I placed two special requests to be in the room on our arrival - and the Hotel Nelligan team delivered flawlessly. We'll be booking here for our next stay in Montreal.
