The suite is exceptionally well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with larger appliances compared to most residential buildings—making day-to-day living incredibly comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the management team. Suzana and Davinder are more than just staff—they feel like friends. They’re always approachable, genuinely care about residents, and respond to any request quickly and professionally. The location is unbeatable: just minutes away from grocery stores, banks, clinics, restaurants, and public transit. Plus, being so close to Kitsilano Beach means you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and stunning sunsets whenever you like. All I can say is: if you're looking for a reliable, comfortable, and community-driven place to live, Larchway Garden is the best choice.

Living at Larchway Gardens is an absolute joy. The beautiful location creates a calm atmosphere. The apartments themselves are not only comfortable but well equipped. What sets this place apart, though, the management and maintenance teams do their job very good. They make living here delightful.
