Terrible. Can hear through the walls, last time I stayed one of the floors was reserved for hospital outpatients which rendered the elevators somewhat useless as there was a steady stream of people in wheelchairs waiting to go up. Restaurant and pool have been closed all three times I stayed here between 2010 and 2025. The complementary coffee is weak. Due to the location it's popular with teams and tour groups. The front desk team is small and you could be waiting for quite some time to check in if you have the unfortunate luck of arriving at the same time as a big group. I'm mainly leaving this review to remind myself not to book this place again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! My friends and I showed up here to a hotel that looked nothing like the photos. Multiple floors are used as government housing. We saw multiple residents getting trouble for destruction of property. We did not feel safe here as a group of young girls. The beds were NOT clean at all, the tub had blood in it, we got to see three other rooms to find a better one and they were all dirty. We left immediately and had to find a new hotel.

I’ve stayed here twice now and will continue to come back whenever I’m in town for a concert. The location proximity to the Bell Centre can’t be beat. Very standard hotel, the staff is super friendly and rooms are clean. There is a community clinic and some of the rooms are used to house folks who are visiting the clinic but everyone is pretty friendly and I personally never felt unsafe as a young female traveller when I was staying there. It’s really close to Concordia university so there are many cheap food options close by and was convenient to meet friends who live in the city as the metro is less than a 10 minute walk away.
