So, why did I rate it a 3? The hotel was well-kept, the fitness room was great, the pool was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast, however, was horrible. They replaced REAL butter with these little containers of home-made spread. No peanut butter. The jam was in a communal squeeze bottle. The fruits were old. The sausage patties were POSSIBLY made of meat. They have a beautiful theme going on with all this wood furniture, but sadly that breakfast ruined it.

An excellent stay from start to finish. Luke at the front desk instantly made us feel welcome and helped us with all our questions. Great customer service!! The room was as promised - very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had a great selection and was really good. Location was perfect as it was only 10 minutes to work and easy to get to. Thanks again Luke!!

Im traveling for work and arrived around 7pm for my stay and Luke was awesome at reception! The place is neat, clean, and affordable. Staff if very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We rolled in at 3 am after a very late flight into Toronto. We had some issues with our reservation and our room, but Parteek at the front desk helped us with everything and was truly WONDERFUL. He was kind, courteous, and went well above and beyond to make sure everything was worked out, even walking us to our room to make sure it was clean. He's an absolute credit to this location, thank you Parteek!
