As a long time, multi-unit resident of Northwoods Village Apartments I am happy to say this 5-star review comes as one of the easiest reviews I’ve ever been able to give! I’ve lived in many places over my 42 years, and I have to say the property managers are some of the most reliable and caring individuals who work very hard for their tenants safety as well as the cleanliness and maintenance of the building. I now run a business on the main level in one of the only 5 live/work units available in the building, and so safety, security, as well as the condition of the building overall are of utmost importance to me in particular and I know that will always be a priority here, especially as this neighbourhood continues to grow and expand over the next few years. Moving into this up and coming Maplewood neighbourhood, in particular Northwoods village apartments would be a joy for you, your family and especially you and your furry friends! We are very pet friendly around here! One of the friendliest buildings; I have made many life-long friendships living in. You are welcome here!

I lived at Northwoods Village apartments for 2.5 years and had a wonderful experience! The management and maintenance team are fantastic - friendly, responsive, and fast. It's a lovely community, and the air-conditioned gym was a bonus.

We lived at Northwoods for nearly 5 years and couldn’t say enough great things. The team are WONDERFUL - so lovely to deal with from the day we moved in until now. And the location is great - proximity to everything you need on your doorstep. We will miss it there and everyone in the community.

I lived at Northwoods Village from the day it opened and stayed for 5+ years. I absolutely loved the suite! The kitchen is amazing, a great space for entertaining with lots of storage. Most friends that visited me thought I owned the suite, as it doesn't have the lower end finishes you often find in rental buildings. I was a bit concerned about the noise between floors and suites before moving in, but the construction was so well done that you never had to worry about the neighbour's music or TV being too loud. The fact that the building is pet friendly was like the cherry on top!
