This place and the environment is super nice. Specially the management. Rashida the manager here is super sweet. She made us feel so comfortable and helped us move very smoothly.

Columbia Place is the best apartment building I have ever lived in and the Christmas Party they throw for residents in the lobby is just one of the reasons. The front staff are friendly and helpful and the place is always spotless. Admittedly, the elevators are sometimes a bit wonky but that gives me something to talk about with my neighbours on the way down.

Our building manager is truly professional and approachable. Rashida is always helpful and responsive, and it’s clear she cares about the well-being of the residents. The entire team is friendly and respectful. I really appreciate the positive atmosphere they create
