We stayed for a nearby conference. The location was perfect - a short cab ride from La Gare Centrale. Adjacent to Chinatown - nice food area. Loved the continental breakfast- especially the croissants. The room was on the small side but appeared renovated with new flooring and paint. The shower pressure was great! The price was super affordable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay again when I want to be downtown.

The hotel is nice great location. However. Breakfast needs more variety. Hotel needs to be a little more flexible with the parking. Rather than tell customers to go park elsewhere they could offer some accommodations. Example I needed to leave my vehicle a few hours after checkout because of the timing of the competition. There was no assistance provided but to tell me to pay for parking at another facility rather than offer for an additional fee lets say maybe the fee I would pay at the other facility it a bit less conditions paid 3 nights already. That’s what great customer service will look like.

Not impressed with parking. Since they were full, had to go park at Desjardins Complex, which is 10 min walk back to Hotel. Not pleasant when disabled, having to walk on snow covered, slippery sidewalks. Also, Desjardins Complex is confusing when trying to get back to hotel. And hotel have no info to help. Got the toom with bunk beds, such a small room, didn't feel inviting for family of 4. Room was in front of elevators, which caused us to hear everyone ariving and leaving. Do not communicate through messages with hotel, best talk front desk. Honestly, with various hotels we stayed at in Montreal, I won't be returning to this one. Better choices around for similar price, with valet parking and amazing breakfast.

Had a really pleasant stay last weekend. The view was amazing. The front desk went above and beyond. Thanks to Erinn for helping us out at the front and making this a memorable trip. Even though the rooms are small, as mentioned in some comments, we spent most of the time outside exploring the city. I think it’s the best deal for the price, and the breakfast was included too!
