We spent one night at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the view from the window was simply stunning, and the service was excellent. We couldn't immediately figure out how to turn on the heater, but when we asked reception, they sent a nice employee who turned it on for us. Thank you so much! Without you, we would have been sleeping in the cold, like fools🥴, without even figuring out how to turn it on. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel's restaurant was delicious, serving exquisite dishes with beautiful presentation. The room was excellent for this price. The location is fantastic. The only downside is that the room needs renovation, but that's only if you look closely. The service was very friendly, and we didn't speak any French!!!. But after such excellent service, we'll definitely start learning it! The valet service, an elderly lady, was very friendly and helpful! Thank you so much for such a warm Christmas welcome!🎄🎄🎄

We stayed at Hotel Le Concorde during Winter Carnaval, and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, the bed super comfortable and shower was hot and had great pressure. Oh and the view? Incredible! But the unexpected highlight might have been the lost and found experience. We left while three busses full of people were also checking out, so loading up our vehicle was a bit chaotic. We ended up forgetting a garment bag in the very busy and packed lobby. We didn't realize until we got home. I emailed the hotel, and they confirmed they had it! The process to have it shipped home was so easy. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Le Concorde Québec. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Old Québec and several key attractions. The view from our room was stunning, especially at sunset, with the city skyline beautifully lit. The room was clean, cozy, and well-heated, which made our winter visit very comfortable. Staff at the front desk were courteous and efficient, making check-in smooth and pleasant. We booked directly through the hotel’s website and found the rate very reasonable. Overall, a great value and a memorable experience. We’d gladly stay here again!

Booked for 1 night. The service was great people were friendly. The rooms needed a little work if you ask me the bed was not made properly which made for a lumpy bottom flat sheet and the 2 flat sheets going around the comforter with the yellow stains weren't wrapped around the comforter properly as I woke up with the yellow stains in my face. The pool was nice and clean. The room was also very dusty.. the elevator doors were filthy. I am glad it was just for 1 night but the views are absolutely amazing and the rotating restaurant is amazing
